Filing a complaint with Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. is not easy to do. In fact, there does not exist a single link on their website which allows for the filing of a complaint about a Toyota dealer or vehicle. It would seem that Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. simply doesn't want to hear from you if you have a problem or complaint with your dealer or vehicle.
