I did visit your dealership on Sunday July 22, 2007 as a follow-up to your e-mail communications. I found a vehicle that I desired to purchase, and was given a hand-written offer by salesman Chris Farley. The next day my wife and I were to travel down after work to complete the transaction. Prior to our departure from Beckley, Mr. Farley informed me he was raising the price on us by $411. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau over such underhanded practices. Fortunately for me, but unfortunately for the economy of WV, I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing a new 2007 Toyota Tundra earlier this week from Shelor in Christiansburg, VA. Needless to say, Bert Wolfe Toyota will never again be a stop for my family in the future, and I will not speak positively of your firm's business practices to any of my friends, co-workers, etc. You, Mr. Peyton, may have given us a different experience…..but Mr. Farley has certainly dashed any hope of me and others ever having a future business relationship with his current employer!
