Customer service was very poor. The time involved in completing a deal was the worst ever. This was not the fault of the salesperson, Angie. I believe the rest of the crew were trying to sabotage her sale! We still have not received the current Car Fax. I purchased the 2007 Hyundai Sonata from Bud Clary's. I certainly will not recommend them to any one else.
