POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been a Haley Toyota customer for years. Today, I took my car in for an inspection. There was a mix-up with the shuttle not being available when I got there (which I told would be because I was on my lunch break). If it had ended there, no big deal. PETE proceeds to say to me (condescendly) that...Ms. Weeks, you've been coming here long enough to know that the shuttle runs as needed. I understand that and like I said, if it had ended with that, no big deal. I told Pete I was told the shuttle would be available when it wasn't. He proceeded to tell me how nasty I am and that I'm
always like that everytime I come in there. That is simply not true!! I am insulted and very upset. Pete was out of line with me...I asked him NOT to talk to me like that and he said, if yo u have a problem with me - talk to my Supervisor, Penny. Well, I did just that. When I first started talking to Penny, PETE was on the phone and he looked at me and pointed his finger at me with anger. Then he got off his phone call and started yelling (interrupting our conversation) saying he didn't say this or that. Up until today, I have never had this sort of issue with Haley Toyota. I left the dealership in tears and this is unacceptable! Penny basically took up for Pete saying, he's not like that, etc. and she kept going back to
the shuttle being unavailable. THAT WASN'T THE ISSUE AT THIS POINT. The way Pete talked to me was the issue. This is the 4th Camry I've purchased from Haley Toyota and it will certainly be the last. I refuse to buy from a company that allows their employees to speak to customers like that. I have a call into Hoyt (Manager) and I will discuss with him. I will not forget this incident today at Haley!!!!!
