We received our brand new Sienna by delivery from Berlin City to Vermont with incorrect odometer. It should have had 400 miles, it showed up with 1800 miles. The dealership was going to look into it and decided that my wife must have driven the car the extra miles overnight. The salesman then explained how lucky we were just to have one and should let it go. Next, the tires disintegrated at 8,000 miles and toyota explained that was normal. Three sets and 25,000 miles later, the rims have all but shed every bit of the paint and look awful! Again, Toyota explained that they have no idea how this could happen, but is normal for a Sienna in Vermont. I have had it and will never buy another Toyota again. Oh what a feeling!!!! Getting kicked in the you know what.
