Put $500 down on a car that was secured from another dealer and I was assured I would have it Monday afternoon. Dealer calls me Monday and says the car in fact was not secured. Other cars were offered to me. I was insulted and lied to. I would like to file a complaint with Toyota. We are long time customers of Toyota. I want the car I agreed to purchase.
