my wife brought car in for an oil change. heyward allen toyota service department tried to slip an extra service and charge for tire rotation. didn't just ask, already had it on paper for her to sign for approval. the service dept said that they just asked if she wanted the additional service. looks like they try to get females to agree to services they just don't need. granted tires need rotation. i just choose to do it myself, and not pay for it.
